Yahoo - Jerry Yang Steps Down As CEO

Jerry Yang will be stepping today as the CEO of Yahoo which he took up as an interim in June 2007.

Yang will return to being the Chief of Yahoo and will be part of the board of directors. Yahoo has hired a firm, Heidrick & Struggles to search for the new CEO of the company.

It was said that Yang as the CEO caused the loss of tens of billions of dollars lost, mayn Yahoo employees and execs gone.
